THE QUAD
THE QUAD is the shared courtyard for all studios, featuring a shaded, well-lit area for lounging, eating, and playing. Lounge seating, authentic beer-garden tables, a fire pit, and outdoor games can be configured in various ways to create an inviting way to relax and refresh.

The Blue building features a world class modern recording studio centered around a massive, 32 input live tracking room and an SSL AWS 948 console, supported by a choice selection of classic high end outboard gear, instruments and microphones. Up to 48 inputs for live tracking using the buildings 6 distinct and isolated recording rooms. Each music studio is designed with flexibility in mind: tracking, writing, mixing, independent or connected- whatever your projects needs are, we have you covered.
Blue features a fully sprung 1,800 sq ft dance/performance floor with full mirrors and lots of natural light.

RED is a Live/Work space with comfort and efficiency in mind. The front of the building is a cozy, 2 bed 1 bath flat with a comfy, curated, lounge/living room including big screen TV and separate access to the parking lot. The lodging can be connected or separated from the rear art loft, which has it’s own separate entrance.
The rear portion of the building is a large art loft with 2 isolated production rooms and modular dance performance floor. The room features a custom kitchen and separate access to The Quad, rear Cactus Garden, and upstairs gaming lounge.

YELLOW is a boutique film & photography studio with a huge cyc wall and large loading roll-up door.
The building has its own bathroom and lounge area, and includes access to THE QUAD.
